Happy Valentines Day friends!
Mike and I don't really celebrate these kind of holidays but it always makes us be thankful for the ones we love. Make sure to tell those you love that you love them. Take time to spend with loved ones and away from technology. Our world seems to be overcome with distractions and it gets in the way of quality time. Anyway - that discussion could go on and on.
This was a beautiful setting - right on the water. There is a beautiful garden to walk through and the Rose Garden was beautiful as well. I can only imagine what it looks like in full bloom. They recommend April - December.
Taking time to do things like this make us slow down and enjoy the beauty around us.
There are also art galleries and other things to do here and you could definitely spend a few hours here. Especially on a beautiful day. The Banyan trees were also amazing! We have never seen anything like it in person only in pictures and wow how stunning they were. God has such a creative mind to fill the earth with things that make us just stop and look and wonder in awe.
I'm sure there is a lot of history about this place and lots to learn, but we were just passing through and wanted to at least see the garden.
